Hey there! I’m Emily.
I'm your friendly neighborhood birth worker! I'm living my dream life of teaching childbirth ed classes and being a doula. I am a proud birth nerd and love talking about birth, pregnancy, postpartum and babies... birth is my jam! To me, there's nothing cooler!
I'm a bit of a homebody, (my happy place is chillin' on the couch with a cup of chai tea), but I also love meeting new people and exploring my city.
When I'm not geeking out over birth videos, I also love studying astrology, spending time in nature and snuggling my two girls. I'm currently manifesting a beautiful garden and backyard space to host community circles and parenting groups. I believe strongly in supporting the parenthood journey... it truly takes a village!

My journey to motherhood is not particularly unique or special, but it is without a doubt the single most empowering moment of my life.
I believe birth is natural, normal and healthy. I believe birth can be a transformative experience. I also believe that women should be supported and empowered on their birth journey. Pregnancy and birth can be experienced with knowledge, power, wisdom and grace.
That’s why I believe in HypnoBirthing. It’s not just a birth method or a childbirth education course. It’s a philosophy of empowerment. It’s not just the destination, but the journey, too, that matters, and families should be empowered every step of the way.
