Refund Policy

 

No tuition refunds within 1 week of start date except in cases of documented medical need to withdraw.  Refund will be given in full, minus a $50 processing fee.

Make Up Policy

​

Video recordings are provided for missed sessions.  The first missed session is provided at no charge.  Any further makeups are an additional $50 to receive a video recording of the missed sessions. I understand recordings will not be sent until the additional fee is paid.  I also understand that while the video recordings are a suitable substitute, there may be missed content, discussion, video or information not included.

Email Outreach

I grant permission to Flagstaff HypnoBirthing to include me in occasional email correspondence, including a welcome letter, weekly emails and childbirth-related resource information that is regularly sent to all class members as a part of the Flagstaff HypnoBirthing course curriculum. Your information will never be shared.
 

Media Release

I grant permission to Flagstaff HypnoBirthing to use my image, photographs and/or video, and quotations for use in Flagstaff HypnoBirthing publications including but not limited to videos, email blasts, social media posts, posters, flyers, recruiting brochures, newsletters, and magazines and to use my image in electronic versions of the same publications or on the Flagstaff HypnoBirthing website or other electronic forms of media.  I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the image, videos or quotations.


Liability Release

I hereby state that I am enrolling in the HypnoBirthing course at Flagstaff HypnoBirthing of my own free will and with the understanding that this is a program designed to teach me to use my own natural abilities to bring my mind and my body into a state of relaxation. I further understand that the content of these classes is in no way intended to be represented as medical advice nor as a prescription for medical procedure or lack thereof. I am aware that I should seek the advice of a health-care provider to answer all health-related issues surrounding my pregnancy, labor and birth.

I therefore agree that I will in no way hold Emily Edison, the instructor of the Flagstaff HypnoBirthing classes and the manager of Flagstaff HypnoBirthing or the HypnoBirthing Institute, its owner, or its representatives responsible for any issues or special circumstances that could arise as a result of my pregnancy, my labor, or the birth of my child. I further release Flagstaff HypnoBirthing and all its members, owners, contractors, employees, and their successors and/or assigns from any actions, liability and/or wrongdoings. I agree that neither I nor any member of my family will make any claim or initiate any suit against any of the above-named parties now or at any time in the future.
